GENERAL PHOTOGRAPHIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment: All session fees are required to be paid in full upfront prior to the shoot accompanied with a completed booking form. All deposits are non-refundable on cancellation.
Copyright: All images remain copyright of Erin King Photographer. All rights are granted to Erin for exclusive use of the imagery. I agree to my images being posted online on Erin’s website as well as used by other industry related websites/blogs and social media sites like Facebook.
Model Release: I grant the photographer and her agents and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to use or alter any photographic images of me or in which I may be included, taken by the photographer as part of my engagement. I hereby waive any right or claim that I may have to inspect or approve any products or copy used in connection with the photographs. I warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name.
The Session: I understand time frames and any restrictions placed due to weather conditions. Because the shoots are photographed outside on-location, in the case of bad weather I understand that the shoot may need to be rescheduled and an alternative date will be agreed at no additional cost.
Additional travel costs are at the discretion of the photographer based on your location and travel distance and will be advised to you prior should these apply.
Any images from the session are purchased additionally, charged at Erin’s standard portrait product pricing. You will be advised of price ranges and invited to an in person viewing session to view the final selection of images and make any purchases of photographic products at that time.
Clients are not permitted to reproduce or alter any of the images received from the Photographer. Prior approval must be sought in writing prior to any submission of images to a third party, publication or competition. Credit must be given to Erin King Photographer if posting images online and on social media.
