Since becoming a professional photographer it’s been important to me to be a part of the photographic community and continue my professional and creative development.
This has lead to now becoming a Master Photographer with the AIPP (The Australian Institute for Professional Photography) who set the standard for professional photographers operating in Australia.

With the welcome addition of the Pet/Animal category in 2015, I’ve entered the awards every year. The awards have been a great way for me to keep pushing myself creatively and also to receive acknowledgment and recognition for the professional level of photographic work I am producing. As a result, I’ve won numerous pet photography awards both in the Victorian State and National AIPP Professional Photography Awards.

My first year entering in 2015, was a good learning experience! Since then I’ve been a finalist for the Victorian Pet/Animal Photographer of the year every year dating back to 2016, which is an achievement I am very proud of. And in 2019 I achieved being a finalist for the Australian Pet/Animal Photographer of the year. My entries have been a combination of works created from client sessions and also conceptual works created as personal projects. I’m honored to be consistently rewarded for both types of creative work in various pet photography awards.
